150g chicken breast, 15g eggs, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, a little salt, some cumin, some pepper powder
1. Soak the bamboo sticks in water for about an hour so they don't burn easily.
2. Mix chicken and cornstarch into a paste. Add chicken into strips and mix well. Let marinate for more than half an hour.
3. Put the marinated chicken on a skewer and put it on the grill for 6 minutes. Turn over and sprinkle with cumin. Roast for another 6 minutes.
