500g chicken leg meat, one red pepper, one green pepper, one yellow pepper, cumin powder, paprika powder, salt, pepper powder, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, olive oil, cooking wine

1. Wash chicken leg and cut into large pieces.

2. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, cumin powder, chili powder and olive oil.

3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.

4. Remove color pepper, wash and cut it into cubes
