Making Kabob by QCSEIKO barbecue grill
Strips of pork belly, skewers of bamboo, roasted meat sauce with honey sauce
1. Cut pork strips into 0.5cm thick slices.
2. Use a skewer to skewer the meat.
3. Spread the skewers on the grill and roast for about 5 minutes, then turn and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. After baking until the surface is slightly caramelized, remove and brush with marinade on both sides.
